How many cups of coffee will 1 pound of coffee beans make?

The real answer depends on how much coffee you use per cup and how you are measuring cups. 

Most will agree that each pound of coffee yields about 42 - 6oz cups of coffee. PerkULater uses 42 cups per pound as an average to calculate the cost per cup.

Formula to calculate the cost per cup:

cost per pound ÷ 42 (cups per pound) = cost per cup
12.00 ÷ 42 = 29˘ per cup
